Hello. My name is Henrietta, and I came from the Philippines. 

I like to think of myself as an avid cook who appreciates different cuisines, one who enjoys and is eager to learn more about different food cultures. 

Living in the United Kingdom gave me the opportunity to learn different things and techniques. It gives me so much joy and pleasure to share a nice and homey meal with my family and dearest friends.
